About us.
Every martial arts school has its unique narrative, a lineage that carries the wealth of knowledge passed down from teacher to student. At CT-MartialArts, we proudly share in this tradition.
Our primary focus is on Kickboxing, a contemporary evolution of traditional martial arts like Karate, Kung Fu, Taekwondo, and Boxing. However, we distinguish ourselves by excluding the Patterns/Katas/forms utilized in these conventional styles.
Drawing from a rich lineage that encompasses various martial arts disciplines, we integrate the most practical and beneficial elements from each. As the Western wing of the South East Academy of Martial Arts, our lineage traces back to the pioneers of Modern Kickboxing, led by Instructor and WAKO GB President Peter Edwards.
Adapting to both the demands of modern society and the aspirations of our martial arts community is a point of pride at CT-Martial Arts. Whether you aspire to compete or pursue fitness goals, we are here to guide and support you on your martial arts journey.
